1. Clean the breast skin without using oil and cream

2. Loosen the lacing and glue on the breast self-adhesive silicone cups

3. Tighten the lacing, giving the breast an effective shape

4. Wipe or wash the silicone surface with clean water after using and then air dry.

Attention:  too much sweat will affect stickiness. FLY BRA is not suitable for using in high temperature outdoors or doing exercise.
